Update your display name and parent title (Mum, Dad, Carer, etc.) under Account > Profile.

Go to Families to rename your family, manage members, or switch between families if you belong to more than one.

Open your family and tap Invite. Enter the co-parent’s email address. They’ll receive a link to accept. Pending invitations can be revoked from the same screen.

Co-parents have full access to manage kids, tasks, goals, and pocket money. Only the billing owner can manage the subscription.

Enable 2FA under Account > Security. Quiddo supports authenticator apps. Save the recovery codes somewhere safe in case you lose access to your authenticator.

Choose which push notifications you receive under Account > Notifications. Options include task completions, pocket money reminders, and goal milestones.

Manage your subscription under Account > Billing. From here you can view your plan, open the billing portal to update payment details, or transfer billing ownership to another parent in your family.

Download a full export of your family’s transaction history from Account > Export.

Account deletion is available under Account > Danger zone. This removes your login access but does not delete the family or the kids’ data. The family continues if another parent is a member.
